Lotus offers one of the best assisted premium care… More in Petaling Jaya. My dad had a fall at home, it affected his mobility after that and was confined to the bed for 20days. For a better peace of mind, we checked dad into Lotus temporarily. Our goal was to get him to walk again in 30days. Lotus looks like beautiful boutique hotel, surrounded with greenery, professional caregivers, in-house nurses, doctor on call and personal chef. Physio sessions by Mohana was excellent as my dad got back to his original mobility within 2 weeks! My dad was definitely in the good hands of Senior Nurses, Sulo and Thivya. Each time during our visits, we felt that dad was well taken cared of under their watch. Especially Sulo, she was like a mother to everyone. Last but not least, Roy the administrator was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely made the right choice with Lotus and Dad walked out with Faith & Victory!

Always keep family members informed with daily vital signs monitoring. The care givers team is very efficient when dealing with issues especially my mum who has difficulty to fit in initially due to her health condition and strict diet for her kidney diabetic care. Mum has a very impressive recovery from relying on wheel chair to now walking with frame in less than 4 months, very grateful to Mdm Sulo, PCA team and physiotherapist. Mum has turn from poor temper to now happy and participating in activities. Grooming and personal hygiene for mum is excellence. Sulo that during my two days of high fever due to urinary tract infection, you were there taking care, giving me cold sponges to me even through the night.
They also provide physio therapy and Miss Mohanan is a very experienced Therapist who has guided me in recovering from my fall in a short period of time. I have been visiting clinics almost daily lately to dress a wound, and despite having missed my tea time, they always served snacks to me as soon as I am back.
